Once I moved from the childhood place of San Francisco Bay, to Rogue Valley in 1976, I had my first real estate experience in 1977 (18 years of age). I bought my first investment property and have been doing it ever since. It wasn´t until June of 2004 that I actually went and got a real estate license so that I could implement the knowledge that I had learned over the years to help others have a rewarding real estate experience. Since then I have earned my Broker´s License and GRI designation was pronounced in my first year Rookie of the Year". In the first 6 months of working as a realtor... I was able to sell 1.5 million worth in residential real estate. My first full year I sold 3.3 million, Since then I have sold 7.4 million in 2009, and sold a winery, joined the million dollar club. I am in the top 3% of selling in Jackson county.
In the before Real Estate time... I went to school at the Southern Oregon University for two years to study Biology. (BIG DIFFERENCE!) I also went on to explore the Dental field for 20 years, Dental Radiology and expanded functions.
Not only was I studying and working... I was also establishing a family. Now... I have 3 daughters of my own (14-29), 3 step-children (17-28) and 6 grand-children. The whole family goes to Applegate Christian Fellowship Church. We love to go on trips to do various things like water ski, horse back ride (one of my favorites), and snow ski. My husband is busy as well as he is the manager of a large printing company called Ram Offset lithographs.
7 years ago I was struck with the shocking news that I had Breast Cancer. I can say... "I AM A TRUE SURVIOR". I am now involved in the Cancer Foundation and run races to help support it too. |
